The CEO said in news releases and on stock boards that the company is launching in 1st Quarter 2016. On March 5th 2016 - here's the status:
1. Company website disappeared. Www.urbtnetwork.com
2. No television production or tv network exists
3. No financials have been filed - and despite a news release that says Anton & Chia is the auditor, no financials have been filed.
4. A judgement against the company - Urban Television Network Corp has been stated which is over a million dollars.
5. CEO on chat boards has said that the company has no assets.
My guess is that this trades by penny stock promoters (pumpers) and dumpers.
If you were scammed by anyone involved with promoting this company - complain to the SEC. Write a letter and Shine a Light on penny stock scammers.
