Soooooo.... they are using the ESS program to get funding to get rid of the toxics and to do so they would likely spin out the ESS to unlock the value in some sort of way.

am i correct in understanding it this way?

ESS is currently in this stage worth more then 100 million dollars according to amarantus. Wayyyy more then the current market cap of less then 5 million.
Thats why they are evaluating to spinout/IPO ESS.

They need about 15 million to take it to FDA approval.
phase 2 with the army is about 5 million (also funded partially by the army).

Gerald seemed confident.

Later on a person asked how much Gerald needed for ESS and he said about 20-30 million.

Thats just some things i recall from the presentation.
