I believe that rather than sue Mako or Rosen, Sullivan & Co will use whatever connections they have in the gov't and SEC to go after them. Then if the gov't gets sanctions Sullian will sue. Let the gov't do the leg work and incur the expense. If we sue Rosen directly they have all the time in the world at little expense.
