Now that's a toss-up with this one -- Steve Jobs tried to sell the whole company to Atari for $200,000, with an agreement that he'd become an employee to develop the Apple computer -- and Atari said, no thanks, the future is video games.
The former CEO of Atari was interviewed on NPR and claims he doesn't regret the decision -- he said Jobs was hard to work with. Well, yeah, but wouldn't it be worth putting up with, to make a few billion dollars personally?
