so...as i suspect. hjoe will get fair and acknowledged treatment by the courts.
i dont think note holders r liking the idea to go to court. didnt hjoe initiate this? pretty ballsy of them if they felt they could lose. may take some time which only means the hjoe grows more and gets stronger financially.
