This is all true, the contract was signed and the judge has to make a decision based on law. Now if it's true that Hjoe has been trying to negotiate a deal and pay off this note, with penalties, somewhere in the 540,000 dollar range and they refused this payment, only wanting shares, then I believe this could easily be looked at as predatory lending and violates common law. Hjoe has paid back this note and has offered to pay the penalties, and they refused. They seem to want shares
