Re: BUMPERCARS #1454
HJOE going to court would certainly be new and ballsy on the part of an OTC company. I'm not sure of the precedence of that? I don't think too many OTC companies are going to take a toxic financier to court when said companies generally tend to be short on cash. As to a judge ruling with fairness, I would think the answer would be no. If HJOE signed the paperwork and knew the consequences of such, they wouldn't have a leg to stand on. Fair or not. If I sell you a bridge in the Sahara to cross over the water, yet none exists, and you signed off, a judge won't tell me I was unfair. You bought the spiel.

However, your point about ALL of these toxic folks being dirty is definitely valid and if HJOE and Veal want to attack that in court, I'll give them credit for having a whole bunch of guts, because I think it'd be unprecedented for the most part.

Either way, I think Veal comes up with an answer to this one which will positively impact the company.
