Bear in mind, and, anyone correct me if I am wrong, a pass on the mini opens new doors, such as
scheduling date for the ditching exercise
scheduling dates for proving flights and coordinating those dates with airports that BLTA will land and take off from
maybe something regarding carrying cargo on proving flights
and I am sure other things need to be discussed as well moving forward. IMO, if a mini pass is a huge step because the steps afterward deal with way more entities.
