My concern with this meeting is "Why a Meeting" to give an approval?

I would think they would just say or write your good to go.

My fear, based on my Corporate Experience, is the meeting could be requested by FAA to explain why they are not passing Baltia and what they need to do going forward.

Again I just don't think this is going to be good news.
