That's a good point.
However I wonder how passes are usually passed on to airlines.
It may very well be a normal procedure to have these meetings.
It just sounds suspicious given the amount of time that has passed to schedule a meeting weeks in advance to give the answer.
Another poster (on other site) did state that a meeting was held so the FAA could get some clarification and/or additional info and the next meeting would be the answer.
