Hey Smart, I'm not sure that I have a take on the proxy. I am very interested in the subject matter of the proxy, but I may consider withholding my proxy and just plan to show up at the meeting for which the proxy is being sought. I may or may not be allowed to speak at the meeting, but I would try to do so if I felt that the subject of the proxy should have a public voice by we longs. I would sure like to hear what Bernie Blankenship has to say regarding the proxy - after he has had a chance to review it.
