So, we will be getting a proxy to vote on some debt reduction, and the outcome of that vote, already has a fore gone conclusion.

Sounds just like the proxies I get from AAPL and other large companies in my Portfolio. They know exactly how the vote will turn out before I ever receive my proxy.

I too am due the NTGL shares, however IMO, the BOD is considering the big picture and what will be the very best outcome for the Company. Which intern, will bring a great ROI to all its investors.
