Enyaw look at Q1 report filed may 2015.

The $2.8M Investment Holding is NOT THERE
in their declared ASSETS!
Q1 report was filed AFTER they announced the spinoff
of NTGL and distribution shares to NTEK holders in Feb 2015 !
Clearly something changed in NTEK plans for
them to now declare those 150M NTGL shares
they own as their INVESTMENT HOLDING.
The only thing imo that makes sense is they plan
to sell those shares back to NTGL for $2.8M
