Just got home and trying to follow what's going on here. Is my understanding that the proxy is for ntek to retain all 150 mil ntgl shares rather than distribute to shareholders like they did with the spin off of clear memories and 3D diivisions? If so does that not increase ntek back up to pre-spin off transfer of assets?
