Bingo! Proxy vote relating to share structure will be yes or no vote on the following::
Do you want your NTGL shares AND the NTGL shares owned by NTEK 2.8M dollars (appearing on the balance sheet as an investment) to be used to buy back NTEK shares to lower the O/S. :
Refer to my prior #39006 regarding the oddity of the 2.8M appearing as an investment on the balance sheet with no explanation.
IR seems to hint at this within my EM exchange and also NTEK or any public company typically would not ask SH to vote on a R/S they would just go ahead and do one.
NTEK however definitely needs to proxy vote the NTGL shares as they were already promised to SH. If the company agrees to use their NTGL shares as part of a buyback then I will vote yes.
