I understand wanting to know more about the proxy. My own feeling is that NTEK once again stubbed it's toe by mentioning an upcoming proxy. I've never seen a public company disclose a proxy prior to it being sent to shareholders. It just gives discussion boards a chance to wonder, speculate and/or bash the company. Any time I've received a proxy it simply came in the mail from the company or my broker. Never an indication it was coming until it arrived. NTEK proabably should have done the same. Right now I think it's best if we don't imagine what it will ask of us, because they aren't going to tell us. If we can just wait, it will help our collective blood pressures.
