Can someone tell me if this is legal/possible.
The fact we haven't gotten our NTGL shares is super weird. The 2.8 Million on the financials the other day was weird because it matches the value.
Could the proxy vote have something to do with us voting if we'd prefer them to use the 2.8 Million to buy back shares of NTEK instead of issuing us the NTGL shares?
