Have to agree with Firebird. Also I just sent an EM to IR advising the proxy vote is sitting over SH's head like a "poison mushroom cloud". I advised Dan Wong he needs to elaborate in greater detail exactly what he means by a portion of the vote is related to share structure.

Suggested to Dan all he needs to do is provide an update stating the share structure vote is (1) NOT related to an R/S (2) it is either neutral or a positive for CURRENT Ntek SH. (3) any additional detail regarding the share structure issue would also be appreciated.

'CMON NTEK Shareholders, call or EM IR and tell Dan we need more detail on the share structure portion of the proxy. Given their time delays I do not want to wait until next July 4th for the proxy.. .
