They closed the deal with Lonza on July 15. Lets pretend two months later they started shopping it round starting on Sept. 15th. Deals like these don't happen in two months. So if you are expecting a PR with BP that outlines a "definitive agreement" that ESS has been sold two months later on Nov. 16th you may be disappointed. The first deal coming up is Dx.
