if past deals are any indication I see cash up front along with equity investment to tune of $50mill with milestone payments and royalty to follow. they have expertise.
go ahead, read their SEC filings of late. I already shared more extensive research coverage of some with private board, but there are several active buyer/growth companies in Anhui with MAJOR synergies and cash to burn
