Share price has to be over 6 dollars for funding with LPC. So if we can multiply our share price 16 times we can tap what's left of the 20 million. Until then the discovery, dominion and Magna now own AMBS.
It's gonna get a lot darker before it is lighter. The only brightside so far is that we have less than 12 million shared OS.
For those voting no it will basically put the company in BK, wouldn't it be better for you to vote yes and hope for some kind of bounce in anticipation for the JP conference in Jan and sell then?
