Per LTs post, it doesn't really sound like a road we want to go down pre-certification/revenue generation. But, with that being said, all it seems to do is enable the FAA to continue doing nothing. I'm sorry, but this just feels fishy (on FAAs part, not Baltia). Just my opinion, but this doesn't make a bit of sense.
Just to give you an idea of the logic involved in what we're dealing with here, the P.A.T.R.I.O.T. Act was written, signed and ratified in a month and a half after 9/11. The most important Act signed, after the most important date of the 21st century-- all done in half the time it's taken the FAA to respond to a 15 second performance assessment.
Inexcusable. Pathetic. Sickening. Infuriating.
