After reading LT's post, I wonder if Baltia or shareholders plan to sue the FAA for the delay, on the money loss over the past 3 months, which could be easily preventable.

I knew about the fact that FAA has to review all attempted mini-evacs as one package. It is clearly a factor that caused the 12+ weeks delay.
