I believe that CRGP mistakenly believed that DTCC made a mistake in paying out the dividend to "all" shareholders. This was evident by one of the emails submitted by COR as evidence to the court in which they said to COR "DTCC made a mistake and it will be fixed soon. Be patient" (paraphrasing). CRGP then appeared to be wiring $3 million to COR to remedy the situation but then cancelled that transaction when they discovered COR was suing them.
Most of us are still hopeful that once the lawsuit is completed and the air clears that we will hear again from Luis. At this point I, like most, are focusing on the outcome of the suit.
