Agreed. And if markets really were efficient there'd be no point in buying individual stocks since you'd never know if a stock price was too high, too low, or at fair value. If I thought that was the case I'd stick to buying index funds.

Bashers like to claim that this stock price reflects the company's true value and then blame management for the low valuation but to believe that I'd have to pretend that OTC is an efficient market and I'd have to ignore my DD.
