Cannoli: What does your DD tell you about why we have fallen from the 8 to 12 cent range down to the 1 cent range? Mine tells me Lympro "failed to launch" and without any revenue, which we were all counting on in 2015, the stock price has plummeting. MANF, Elto, ESS are all too far away to help us in 2015.
Is 1 cent our true value? I think we're oversold. But the high of 19.3 cents and even the 8 to 12 cent range where we traded at for a year were all based on the premise that Lympro would be garnering a "significant portion of the 150 million RUO market in AD" in 2015. Once that premise was removed, the stock has had it's legs cut off.
I don't know what AMBS' true value is, but it's probably somewhere in between the current 1 cent and the 4.5 cents where we traded right before the RS. After the RS we were a little above $7. I'd guess our true value now is in the $4 to $7 range.
But sentiment among shareholders is very bitter over Gerald's misleading statements. And Gerald's toxic financing deals are turning around to bite us now that those lenders are selling shares to get their money back.....with no bottom limit. That's killed us.
MS Precise was supposed to be having sales in Q4 2015. If that were true that could help us....but the concern is that Gerald's hype about MS Precise may not be any more accurate than his hype about LymPro, which turned out to be bust.
If that's the case.....we'll stay down here for quite some time.
