Who really knows...just pure speculation. If the company has active NDA's in place and ongoing...hence, the silence. You could wake up any day ...and perhaps they sell one of their key assets (or partner) and bring 20-50 million to the table.

Also, the stock market is very efficient...one would think eventually that the pressure has to be so enormous (on Mgt.) for some decision to be made.. to turn things around and get the stock price moving back up soon enough.
