ok that is interesting then that he said the lawsuit didn't have anything to do with the halt. Could it be what is inside the lawsuit, IE the discussion of the dividend is what caused the halt?

Or does it have nothing to do with the dividend? If not, then the only other settlement related issue is naked shorts IMO.

Did he say it was the dividend issue that halted it, but not the lawsuit itself by chance?
