I just got off the phone with FINRA, they can't comment except the halt was due to extraordinary circumstances. He did say they don't determine something going to the gray market, the OTC Markets Group does..... He did say the lawsuit has nothing to do with the halt. Has to do with the settlement etc..... Couldn't really say more.
