So is the EPA going to fine itself over the river spill out West?
Where would the fine money go?
Who would pay the fine?
I am so confused.
Maybe we need another government agency to monitor the EPA. There is an upside. Think how many jobs could be created. We could have more watchers watching the watchers watching us.
