Completion of pilot tests are required for sales, according to Heddle (for whatever that's worth).

But, P20 has no working processors to run pilot test, and the plant continues to sit idle. According to the 10Q:

" Our current cash levels are not sufficient to enable us to make the required repairs to our processors or to execute our business strategy as described in this Report . "
