No one is going to prison .That is laughable.
But just to humor you, what criminal act are these supposed 'paid' bashers committing and what charges would they be brought up on supposedly ?
You do realize in order for a possible prison sentence a defendant actually has to be indicted by a district attorney or other agency for a criminal action.
Which means that someone must convince to the point of almost absolute certainty to the DA that someone has profited illegally from posting on an internet stock board.
A DA, or any other agency, is not going to waste hundreds of thousands of taxpayer funds to pursue some fantasy of 'nefarious entities' and 'pros' as well as a slew of internet posts 'collected' by angry shareholders who have made bad investment choices.
A civil suit can be brought by just about anyone over just about anything but a criminal indictment is a whole different matter.
