One last point, I just thought of... as the poster I think you call "biotechdummyMFK" or something like that, has pointed out at least a dozen times on this board, many a biotech companies with smokin' pipelines eventually do go under, success isn't guaranteed. Even Gerald stated in a chairman's blog once that to succeed in biotech, at times it takes "luck" for it to happen.

If management can't be trusted and you can't agree with their strategy, it's not worth the risk.... get out of the stock.
