Dave: Gerald does not have to clarify every word he uses to provide business updates. He doesn't have to say we are seeking a partner and what we mean exactly by that is an MSA. Clarifying every last word is not good for negotiations and not good for your investment. Sometimes just knowing they are seeking a partner is good enough.
