Way back in at the Santa Monica Conference Gerald announced they had "identified their LymPro Partner" but would not be announcing it until all the negotiations were complete. He then referred to that again at a couple more times by saying the LymPro partnership agreement would happen by the "end of summer."
All along he must have been referring to a "Master Service Agreement" instead of a "classic partnership," even though he knew all of us interpreted his use of the word "partner" in the classic sense.
That is one reason for some mistrust in Gerald's words. Hopefully once the LP002 extended data is presented something more "concrete" regarding the LymPro partnership will be announced. Hopefully we'll get some up front money to make the purchase payments of ESS so we don't have to do it all through dilution.
