I am surprised that some of these posters (who still harp on July 2014) have not filed suit that ESS was kept secret for 18 months and we as shareholders had a right to have been informed step by step, memo by memo...how dare Ambs keep us in the dark.

I believe the top notch people who have joined the Amarantus team in the last 18 months have been privy to much more than just the ESS deal. That's why they signed up.
