I don't know...
Maybe Bill thinks that both companies have huge potential in their own right... Therefore deserve to be individualized...
At worst, he may need to focus on one for awhile until it gets off the ground, then the other...but I don't see Bill as someone who wants to be involved in a stagnant company...
