There are two companies intead of one...
The number of shares one owns in the parent company does not change...
Additional shares are"given" based on shares owned in the parent company...

It is similar to RS they did not spin into a separate company...but not really because we still own our original shares...

Hopefully, Hemp stays with creative edge so creative edge does not become a shell...

But I do have faith that Bill is trying to do right by everyone, shareholders not excluded...
