IMO, we wouldn't get anything for free with a spinoff.
Instead of an X% of large cake, we will own X% of two smaller cakes.
Assuming one of them will loose value and the other will gain, we will only average loss vs gain.
It effectively splits our investment into a nutritional side and an mmj side, with the former not being what I intended.
