SEC grants approval for non disclosure for a reason. We've been hearing about those nda's for months and it certainly looks like there is substantive negotiations going on that have not been disclosed, and the SEC has approved of that silence. Makes specific mention of

. The SEC approved of the action. Something is going on of substance, and we'll be finding out exactly what in the near future. Could this have to do with ICON and LYMPRO? Hard to say, but it sure sounds like commercialization is in focus. Exciting month coming up I think!
