oh there is no issues with comprehension here. There is nothing logical about the sequence that you are talking about.
The ID of the engineering firm really does not matter. I don't care. It blows away nothing.
Getting permits doe snot matter either. Permits are cheap. I know that because I have managed projects with permits. They likely have to renew, because otherwise it would be costly to get reinstated. Longer time frames = cheaper..
The most likely reason in my mind that they started talking about selling processors is that that is the only way they can claim that they are still a Going Concern from a GAAP accounting standpoint. It is the only game they have not tried... sorry, there is catalyst licensing next.
Fact is, and this is by observation, every company says they can sell stuff... very few actually can. And PTOI has broken processors, no profitable track record... a questionable business case... sales are just not likely.
