OTCMarkets.com, which is annually, then all you have to do is get someone
to sign the financial statement and upload it through the site's web interface.

I think the ticker change and dividend had to be done or else it would of sent
up an even bigger red flag than the lack of any acquisitions in their filings that
they announced and pumped the stock on.
