re: letting it fall. I would entertain buying some of this stock if it were to hit .0011/12 - that would indicated the round trip to the 52 week low is complete and it would fill a very tiny gap from back in December (I think, can't remember the exact date).
It's pretty strange that they took the time and money to file, name change, ticker change, dividend issue and then wave goodbye. That's a new one, usually they just promise to do all those things and then say goodbye, BEFORE they do it....GL2A
