It's the timeline from when you submit the paperwork to when you are approved. Likely the company has already submitted the paperwork and could possibly already got approved or else they wouldn't have mentioned only the Nasdaq.
The company mentioned both Nasdaq/NYSE back in Q1 and then again in August, but not both after that as I recall.
