Trading at 10 cents (I'm generous), do a 1:20 reverse, effectvely giving "The Family" ONE mil. shares. (and everyone else a 1:20 haircut)
G-Money walks away with a cool ($337,500 x 35%) x (30%) =$34,437.50 for torpedoing the company.
