forget the substantial eye-popping $337,500/yr. salary increase without a vote AND no revenue on the books...but if GC had stated his $118,000 "uplist bonus" is dependent on achieving a 20% increase in share price at time of uplist - then IMHO, that would have been a more honest way to approach his shareholders and this entire issue....
IMHO, this is like saying to some - "here, want a quarter" with this hand
but don't look at the other hand - which by the way, is in your back pocket
if GC's salary and bonus were performed at a pps of $0.20 or higher, it might dissipitated some of the burn we all felt from the 07/31 LymPro communications debacle - but were not at $0.20 or $0.15 or even $0.10 pps
and were awash in 800-Mil shares in thye flaot - a 5 fold increase in less than 2 years - and the current large float does have an anchor like effect on the pps performance - it weighs it down substantially
