I ask anyone here to Twitter GC these questions
1.) why wasn't GC's salary & bonus filed last month before the ASM
2.) why wasn't GC's salary & bonus made part of the ASM vote
3.) why pass this in an SEC filing now - without revenue or 'proper' shareholder approval
nuff said, I'm hopping mad....
