JP: To be truthful, which ever investment bankers are advising Gerald in preparation for their up listing to NASDAQ....they are Wall Street.....therefore they don't care about us!
My last stock had Wells Fargo and Oppenheimer as their Advisors when they did an IPO. They literally screwed us with dilution on the day of the IPO. I was sick!! They were criminals! I still ended up making great money, but about half of what I should have made if they hadn't dilution screwed us at the last minute.
So I think it is prudent to keep an eye on things. I didn't see anything that upset me in Gerald's compensation....if anything, I was encouraged that he had to get us up listed by December 31st to get a bonus. I've been thinking February.
Still, not the best timing.
