I believe you are 100% wrong with that post. The point of the open house is to show bill that he cares about the town. He's going to answer any questions lakeshore people have for him. he wants to show that even when CEN gets their license and cannot be touched by lakeshore that CEN will still be a good lakeshore neighbor, that's it.
