Only because the point of the open house is to have the freaking city vote on how the building is to be classified, I will be honest and say its been a long day and my brain is half fried already, I forget the specifics. Bill says zoning is not an issue and if it was we would be grand fathered in anyway due to some loopholes we fall through. This open house (while nice to the town and shows respect to the town) is supposed to calm nerves I think so the city council can approve the way Site 1 will be classified.

Again please consider I may not have all of that correct, long day. But I know if how we are to be zoned is not an issue, we would not be holding an open house to answer questions and calm nerves of the town. Thats why I want it done and over with. As for my 0.08 prediction, it is because I have seen this baby since Jan. on good news, granted that is the BEST news to be received ever, but at 0.10, many will be cashing out, going to be a short fest on quick rallies, We will battle. Right now the chief argument is we have no license, and we all whine over it, once we get it, the next thing will be we do not grow fast enough or sell enough.

But I still in my gut think the license is a long way off and tons of competition will be around by then. Would just be nice to see some action rather than a slow ramp down in pps
